Get the admin
off your desk.

You didn’t start a business to spend your day answering emails, formatting documents and chasing paperwork. Hand it over and get back to customers, sales and the work only you can do.

The problem

The expensive part isn’t the task. It’s the interruption.

Small jobs break up the day, sit in the back of your mind and follow you home. Individually they look harmless. Together they stop the business moving.

01

Your inbox sets the agenda

Customer questions, supplier chasers and messages needing a careful reply pull you away from paid work.

02

Paperwork waits for evenings

Quotes, letters, documents and spreadsheets get pushed to the quiet hours you should have back.

03

Follow-ups fall through gaps

Good leads go cold, routine follow-ups sit open and customer records drift because there is always something more urgent.

Practical support

The work you can hand over.

No complicated consultancy programme. Start with the jobs already taking too much of your time.

01

Admin & Communications

Reliable day-to-day support for the messages, documents and records that keep your business moving.

  • Email and inbox support
  • Customer and supplier follow-ups
  • Document creation and formatting
  • Letters, proposals and business documents
  • Spreadsheets, data and CRM/customer-record administration
  • Diary and appointment administration
03

Purchasing & Operations Support

Practical purchasing, supplier and workload administration that keeps day-to-day operations organised.

  • Purchasing administration and supplier coordination
  • Stock, order and delivery tracking
  • Supplier follow-ups
  • Client-approved routine B2B invoice reminders
  • Workload, task and operational-checklist organisation

Payment chasing is limited to client-approved routine B2B reminders. We do not prepare or process invoices, handle receipts or expenses, maintain accounting records, receive client money or carry out debt-recovery work.

How it works

From “I need to do that” to done.

You stay in control. We learn the task, agree the outcome and take care of the work. Nothing customer-facing goes out without the level of approval we agree.

Start with one task
  1. 01

Tell us what is taking your time

Send the task, the deadline and anything we need to know. A messy list is fine.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

We confirm the outcome, what we need from you and the expected delivery date.

  3. 03

    Receive a clear quote

You receive the price, scope and Terms of Business in writing. An enquiry is not an order.

  4. 04

    Accept and pay securely

Once you accept, we send a SumUp invoice or payment request. Payment is completed on SumUp, never on this website.

  5. 05

    Work begins

After any required payment and information are received, we complete the work and flag decisions that genuinely need you.

  6. 06

    Work delivered

You review the result. Useful instructions are captured so the next hand-off is easier.

Founder perspective

Built around the reality behind running a business.

Running a business means much more than delivering the main product. There are websites to maintain, messages to answer, customers to support, projects to organise and hundreds of small jobs that still need doing.

VGN Business Support applies that practical operating experience to one clear service: take useful work off the owner’s desk, do it carefully and give them time back.

Founder-led and human-accountable. A person owns the work, checks important client-facing outputs and stays answerable for delivery. Appropriate AI or automation may assist suitable tasks within the agreed permissions.

Frequently asked

A few things to know before we start.

Still unsure whether a task fits? Send it over. If it is outside scope, we will say so clearly.

What can I delegate?

Start with practical administration that is repetitive, time-consuming or easy to describe: emails, documents, data, diaries, supplier research, approved purchases, stock and delivery tracking, client-approved routine invoice reminders, workload trackers and recurring follow-ups.

Is this bookkeeping, accountancy or financial services?

No. VGN Business Support provides administrative support only. We can send client-approved routine reminders about ordinary business-to-business invoices, but we do not prepare or process invoices, handle receipts or expenses, create or maintain accounting records, or provide bookkeeping, professional accountancy, tax, investment or lending advice, debt recovery, or regulated financial services.

Can you send emails, place approved orders or chase payments?

Yes, where the written scope sets clear permissions, suppliers, budgets, approval limits and communication rules. We can send agreed communications, coordinate approved orders and send client-approved routine reminders about ordinary business-to-business invoices. We do not hold client money, negotiate debts, make financial or credit decisions, provide legal debt-recovery services or collect regulated consumer-credit debts.

How are hours counted?

Time is tracked against agreed tasks. You receive a clear summary, and we ask before going beyond an estimate or your monthly allowance.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. One-off work is available, and monthly support runs one month at a time under the agreed service terms.

How do quotes and payments work?

First we agree the scope and send a written quote. After you accept, we issue a SumUp invoice or payment request. Payment happens securely on SumUp, not on this website, and work begins after any required payment has cleared.
